Fastest method: inside the app
- Open Profile.
- Select the Account tab.
- Choose Erase all data.
- Read the confirmation and approve permanent deletion.
The game deletes the player’s cloud profile, friend connections, invitations, notifications and synchronized block list, removes the Firebase authentication account, clears local game storage and starts a new guest player.
If you cannot access the app
Email support from the linked address when possible. Include your Player ID or linked email and state that you want the Moroccan Rummy account and associated data deleted. Never include your password or verification code.
Data covered by the request
- Firebase account identifier and linked sign-in data controlled by the game.
- Profile, progress, statistics, inventory, virtual balances and settings stored in the game cloud.
- Friend entries, invitations, notifications and block-list records connected to the player where the game controls those records.
- Bug and safety reports may be removed, anonymized or retained for a limited period when needed for security, abuse investigations or legal obligations.
Information outside the game’s control
Removing the player does not delete the user’s Google account, device-level advertising choices or records controlled independently by Google.
Deletion cannot be undone. Earned game progress may not be recoverable after the account is removed.
